Shot Opportunity & Trophy Potential... Shot opportunity is normally 80% or better This is the place to go in Washington for the best odds of filling your deer tag. Some large bucks are taken every year but this isn't really a trophy hunt. It's entirely your choice what buck you want to pass or shoot. Some of the largest bucks are taken in the mountain areas but the highest success occurs on the private ranches.

Whitetail Hunting Methods... On the private ranches we hunt in blinds at food plots, bait sites, alfalfa fields, orchards, game trails, or waterholes. Because hiking can scare deer off the properties it's not permitted on the private ranches, the guide will pick you up and drop you off at your blind. In the mountains we drive or hike old logging roads, clear cuts and watch bait sites or water holes.

Physical Condition... Hunters physical condition is not that important when hunting in blinds or hunting the easier to access areas. Hunters in good physical condition can hike into more remote areas in the mountains.
